My love of all things country comes from our grandparents “Hacienda” in Chihuahua. I loved the rustic life and my mom giving a touch of elegance in her everyday décor. The everyday décor of hard work and every day grind was seen in everyday objects…. I guess that’s what I like, the simplicity and character of this collection, unique in its own way. I remember Birthday parties were so special and to be remembered, from sharing a birthday party with my cousin and dressing in the same pink shiny leggings with a matching polka dot skirt to a Cabbage Patch theme party with clowns who recite poetry…. Every day I remember was always magical to me, I guess that’s why I hold it dear to my heart and pray to have a ranch like theirs in my lifetime.
For now I have made a collection of goods that remind me of just that, here are some items that either remind me of the good ‘ol days and for you to keep. The love I have for these nostalgic pieces fascinates me, from a Neckerchief clip, to a Gold Bull Brooch to dress up a denim shirt and not to forget my doodles of pink boots. It’s been a collection in the making for quite some time that I have picked, collected and doodled through the years and I am excited to share some items with you!
